Using our Leica AT960LR with T-Probe system, PES offer automation integration solutions for robotic inspection and metrology assisted assembly cells.
PES are able to track the precise position and orientation of the robot’s end effector and deliver high accuracy robotic path verification and correction services. The robotic path verification process runs the robot through a program of positions and poses taking 6DoF measurements at each position to record orientation and position. These readings can then be compared across a number of identical cells or against expected tooling point required for the intended use. Other automation services offered by PES Metrology include:
